These Terms cover all Pixel Tech™ services including the entire Pixel Ecosystem (65+ AI-powered products), professional consulting services, custom development, AI & automation solutions, RFID hardware products, cloud infrastructure services, and managed services. If you have a separate Master Services Agreement (MSA), that document may supplement or supersede specific provisions of these Terms for your engagement.

Our “Pay on Milestones Met” model means you only pay when pre-agreed deliverables are completed. Each project is divided into clear milestones with defined acceptance criteria. Once a milestone is delivered and approved by you, the corresponding payment becomes due. This ensures complete alignment between project progress and payment, giving you full control over your investment.

For custom development projects, the specific code, configurations, and integrations built exclusively for your business become your property upon full payment. However, underlying platform components, reusable frameworks, and AI models that are part of the core Pixel Ecosystem remain Pixel Tech™’s property. The exact IP terms are detailed in your project’s Statement of Work.

We guarantee 99.9% uptime for all cloud-hosted services, measured monthly. If we fall below this threshold, you are eligible for service credits: 10% for 99.0-99.9% uptime, 25% for 95.0-99.0%, and 50% for below 95.0%. Scheduled maintenance is excluded and communicated at least 48 hours in advance.

We maintain full compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable data protection regulations. Your data is encrypted using AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. We offer three support tiers: Standard (business hours email/ticketing), Premium (extended hours with chat and phone), and Enterprise (24/7 with dedicated account manager). API access is provided as part of your subscription and subject to rate limits and usage quotas defined in your plan. API keys are confidential and must not be shared. You agree not to use the APIs to build competing products. We reserve the right to modify API specifications with reasonable notice. Deprecated API versions are supported for at least 12 months after announcement.

Our milestone-based billing model inherently protects your investment since you only pay for completed, approved deliverables. For subscription services, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We do not offer automatic refunds for unused portions of a billing period after voluntary cancellation. However, if we materially breach our SLA commitments, service credits are provided as described in Section 8.
