Stage 1 is Application Review where we review every application within 48 hours and provide status updates. Your onboarding is structured to get you productive and confident quickly. During your first two weeks, you will go through sessions covering the hub-and-spoke architecture, the product ecosystem and how all 65+ products interconnect, development workflow and CI/CD processes, AI tools and how we use them daily, security practices and compliance requirements, and client communication protocols. You will be paired with a dedicated mentor from your product team who is available for daily check-ins. You get access to all systems, repositories, and documentation on day one. Most new hires ship their first contribution within the first week and own a meaningful feature by the end of their first month. We believe in learning by doing with strong support.

We primarily hire in India where our core engineering team is based, but we are open to exceptional international candidates for fully remote roles. Our client base spans multiple countries, and we value the diverse perspectives and time zone coverage that international team members bring. International hires typically work as contractors or through our global employment partners, with competitive compensation adjusted for their local market.
