Account & Data Deletion

Pixel Tech™ respects your right to delete your account and personal data from our apps and services. This page explains how to request deletion, what data is removed, and what we are legally required to retain.

How to request

Request account & data deletion

  • Email: send a request to website@pixeltech.ai from your registered email address with the subject “Account Deletion Request”.
  • Or use our Contact page and mention “Account Deletion” in your message.
  • In-app (where available): go to Settings → Account → Delete Account.
  • We verify your identity to protect your account, then process the request.
What we delete

Data that is permanently removed

  • Your profile and account details (name, email, phone, address).
  • Your login credentials and authentication data.
  • Your activity, preferences, and usage history tied to your account.
  • Any content or files you uploaded that are linked to your account.
What we retain

Data we are legally required to keep

  • Transaction, invoice, and tax/GST records mandated by law — retained for the legally required period in restricted or anonymized form.
  • Records needed to resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or enforce our terms.
  • Aggregated, anonymized analytics that can no longer identify you.
Timeline

When your data is deleted

  • Deletion requests are processed within 30 days of identity verification.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your account and eligible data have been deleted.
  • Legally retained records are securely deleted automatically once their mandated retention period ends.
